Welcome to Rudraksha Guest House ! By booking and staying at our guest house in Varanasi, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a reservation.
1. Reservations and Payments
1.1 Booking Confirmation: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified during the booking process.
1.2 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or approved online payment platforms.
1.3 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 14days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1 Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
2.2 Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
2.3 Identification: All guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.The guest arriving must be adult in the eye of Indian law. He must have proper IDs and visa plus passport in case of foreigner.
The guest shall produce his IDs in front of front office at the time of check-in and all guests should have their separate IDs with them.
The hotel will not provide room to guests who are local residents to the district or region even if they have genuine IDs and have booked hotel by online channel. No cancellation refund can be demanded by the guest in such a case.
3. Guest Conduct
3.1 Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the rights of other guests, staff, and the property.
3.2 Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
3.3 Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
4. House Rules
4.1 Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from [insert time, e.g., 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM].
4.2 Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed during designated hours with prior approval from the management. Overnight stays by visitors are prohibited.
4.3 Pets: Pets are allowed 1 for each room, please contact our reservation team to ensure . If permitted, pets must be supervised at all times.
5. Liabilities
5.1 The guest house is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe or request secure storage if needed.
5.2 Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 All personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 The guest house is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes arising from the stay will be resolved amicably. If not, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi.
