In the rare instance that we need to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, guide availability), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future tour date. No-Show Policy: No-shows are considered as missed tours where the customer does not attend at the agreed-upon time and location. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows. Cancellation Policy: To cancel your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other extenuating circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date for rescheduling.
