No-Show Policy: No-shows are considered as missed tours where the customer does not attend at the agreed-upon time and location. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows. Cancellation Policy: To cancel your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other extenuating circumstances.
